Strip-out and soft refurbishment of the existing 68 guestrooms of a Grade II listed building and full strip-out of the gym, spa and public areas for construction of new 13 new guestrooms, gym, restaurant, open kitchen and public areas with associated services.

Adaptation of an existing commercial building to create a 875-unit Purpose Built Student Accommodation scheme in the City of London. The project is subject to the BSR gateway process and includes the refurbishment and expansion of a Grade II Listed public house, Whitefriars Crypt, a retail unit, and a cultural space.

Full refurbishment of all 111 guestrooms and public areas in a historic listed building in the City of London, including a lightwell infill to create an additional 21 guestrooms. The hotel is currently operated by Ennismore, under the brand ‘Hyde’.

Fit out of 181 guestrooms, including 31 suites and a one bedroom Penthouse in the heart of Mayfair developed by Crosstree Real Estate. The hotel is operated by 1Hotels, part of the Starwood Capital Group and features a spa, gym, bar and restaurant by 2 Michelin Star chef, Tom Sellers.
Full refurbishment of all guestrooms and public areas, with extensive and complex building envelope works in a historically sensitive, listed building in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Full refurbishment of a Grade II* listed building originally designed as a wallpaper factory for Sanderson design group plc, in 1902. The space was refurbished to provide c.15,000 sqft of characterful and modern office accommodation. The floor plates were reinstated to an open layout, as well as improved facilities including cycle storage and showers.
